DESCRIPTION:Dave Consentino began woodturning as a creative outlet over 25 years ago. Since retiring\, he has been able to devote more time to it.  He enjoys the challenge of designing a piece when starting with a freshly harvested log and seeing where the wood takes me. His workshop is located in the Bloomington Indiana area. \nThe Village Woodturners have been around for a little over 15 years. It is a group of wood turning professionals and hobbyists dedicated to the promotion of wood turning and providing education to anyone interested in the craft. They are based in Bloomington but also serve several surrounding counties. They are a local chapter of  the American Association of Woodturners\, a worldwide organization! \n
